Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As all our items are preloved, please allow for minor imperfections. Any major flaws will be detailed on our product pages, and if we have missed any, we are more than happy to provide a refund. As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or wrong size. 

For our handmade items, exchanges are available if the item doesn't fit you. Please be advised that we work with small amounts of fabric so contact us as soon as possible in order to secure the same colour. If the colour has sold out, we are happy to work with you to find another fabric you are happy with.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BADLOVE, 60 Millstream Drive, CAN, Lincoln 7608, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is approved for a refund, then the cost of shipping will be refunded to you. For exchanges, return shipping is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
